REFUND POLICY
Initial Consultation Fee: After a member has fully set up their account (including submitting the medical history questionnaire and scheduling a Clinician consultation), the initial medication consultation fee is not refundable except in the following circumstance: If you are cancelling your subscription within 3 days (or such other period as required by law) of your initial purchase and you have not had your initial consultation during that period, we will refund the full amount of the initial medication consultation fee. In all other cases, the initial medication consultation fee is not refundable.
Initial Consultation:
The start of the consultation is defined as the first communication via video or chat message from the clinician to the member. The scheduled start of the consultation is defined as the time selected by the member to meet with a Clinician. Once the initial consultation starts or is scheduled to start, members are not eligible for a refund for the initial consultation fee. Members are not eligible for a refund if they fail to join the consultation via video or chat at the scheduled start of the consultation. In some states, a synchronous consultation is required. This means the member must be present on a secure video call with the clinician. If the member has technical issues that make them unable to join their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be canceled. The member is responsible for rescheduling. In the event the consultation is not rescheduled, no refund is due to the customer.
Lab Work:
For some members, lab work is required prior to their initial consultation. Members will be given a
prescription for lab work but can also get the lab work from their primary care physician or our third-party vendor. If labs are not provided or the member is unable to get their labs completed with third party vendor, the member is not eligible for a refund. If the member fails to schedule and join their initial consultation within three months of agreeing to our terms and conditions their opportunity for a refund will be terminated.
If a condition is discovered in the labwork that prevents the member from continuing service a 25% refund will be given. The remaining 75% is used to pay for the telehealth visits already incurred. The dollar amount withheld can be applied to rejoining the program once the health condition is resolved within one year.
Medications:
No refunds can be given for medications. No returns on medications.
Stopping the program due to side effects:
Refunds are not given. You may cancel your membership any time but will still be charged for the minimum membership commitment term (usually 2-3 months) and continue to have access to the other program benefits. Email hello@gosnapcare.com for assistance.
